The Japanese art of flower arrangement includes different styles.


Ikebana is used during the tea ceremony, at temples and simply for decoration.


Classic ikebana is about symbolism, with flowers or branches pointing towards heaven and Earth, or East/West/North.


Modern ikebana accepts more variations, especially in materials.
